TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
At Etteh Aro & Partners, we pride ourselves in the development of human capital as we believe that all employees, irrespective of their position in the company, must be given the opportunity to grow with their jobs. We therefore invest our financial and technical resources in the training and development of our employees by funding their attendance of professional conferences, seminars, workshops and examinations and also by sponsoring their post-graduate studies in any university in Nigeria and abroad.
ETTEH ARO & PARTNERS' INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
Etteh Aro & Partners' Internship program is for students in Universities on SIWE Scheme, NYSC members and fresh graduates who are seeking real world work assistance related to their academics and/or in preparedness for their careers. This program is an avenue for the company to develop and train young professionals and assist them in achieving success in their field.
The company participates in the Students' Industrial Work Experience Scheme for University undergraduates in their third and fourth year for their four (4) months and six (6) months industrial training experience respectively.
We also provide work experience for graduates who are awaiting their call to National Service for a period that does not exceed the date for the next national service orientation.
We also participate in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme for the stipulated period of service.
